Handoff
I transfer ownership to you or your team. We run it together, I answer questions, and I make sure you can operate it without me.
What I Don't Do
I'm best for the zero-to-one phase. If you need long-term operations or optimization of an existing system, I can help you find the right fit — but that's not my superpower.

Designed, coded, and shipped niche tools, daily games, and reference systems. Each one built from concept to launch, independently. Background
I spent a decade as a brand strategist and UX director — for universities, startups, and nonprofits. I served as Director of UX at a top-20 business school and Chief Brand Officer for a philanthropic venture that raised $3.75M for charitable causes. I translated ambitious visions into structures that worked. Many of those systems are still running today.
Then I pivoted to building my own things: a memoir, a marketing agency, a parenting framework, and a dozen web applications. I designed, coded, and shipped 10+ solo builds in 12 months. I wanted to understand what I was actually good at.
The answer: I take undefined visions and turn them into documented, operable systems. I build v1, train the team, and hand over the keys.
